Focus Group Testing Period for Game Translators

Hello from the NTurn team,

NTurn is now live on its official domain for the first time. As we launch, we're opening the doors to a small focus group first — and we're genuinely grateful that you're part of it.

## Why We're Running This

This focus group is about two things.

First, we want to know whether the core value NTurn promises actually holds up in real translation work. Our biggest goal is to close the gap between the problems we set out to solve and the problems you run into day to day.

Second, we want to catch errors across a wide range of user environments. Browsers, operating systems, network conditions, file formats — some issues only surface under real working conditions, and we'd like to go through them with you.

## What We'd Like to Hear

Please be as blunt as you like. Feedback from these angles helps us most:

• First impressions — When you first land on NTurn, is it clear what the service actually does?
• Core workflow — Do the main features connect naturally? Translation Memory and Glossary, RAG, Style Guide generation and consistency checks, Pattern Guide creation and pattern-based consistency scan.
• Translation quality — Are the results good enough to use in real client work?
• Friction points — Anywhere you got stuck, got confused, or saw something behave differently than you expected.
• Environment issues — Browser compatibility, loading speed, broken layouts, unexpected error messages.

Nothing is too small to mention. Everything you share feeds directly into the quality of the product.

## How to Send Feedback

• Email support@nturn.ai, or post in our Discord channel — bug reports and feedback on features and usability are both welcome at either one.
• Where possible, please include a screenshot of the moment the issue happened, along with your environment (OS / browser / version). It helps us respond much faster.

## A Few Notes on Operations

• During the focus group testing period, we may push updates to the site without advance notice.
• Please take care when working with critical production material.
• Reported issues will be addressed promptly, in order of priority.
